Things to Love in Our Seller’s Words
- The Argyle has been my home for the past 17 years while I’ve been in the neighbourhood for most of my life – I absolutely love it here.
- The large windows in the unit provides great west facing light. In the evening you can get the occasional view of the stained-glass windows all lit up across the street.
- Soaring high ceilings provide an open and airy space.
- The people here are great and there is lots to see and do along busy Dundas West, Queen Street, and Ossington Ave. All are a short walk away and each offer plenty of unique little hide-aways and offbeat places to enjoy – bars, cafes, galleries, restaurants.
- The Argyle is situated on a quieter and relaxed intersection. The building is a great community of friendly people who connect through building socials like art crawls and alley-way get-togethers. I often hung out with neighbours in the park across the street or at a nearby Trinity Bellwoods Park.
- My favourite spots include – I Deal Coffee & Wine, food at Pho Tien Thanh, art at Paul Petro and Propellor galleries, social life at Sweaty Betty’s, The Communist’s Daughter, and the Dakota for live music.
- Not far from the building is the West End YMCA. The area also has three different weekly farmers’ markets.
- You’re walking distance to Little Italy, Kensington Market, Chinatown and Liberty Village. And just a short bike ride to Lake Ontario and Sunnyside beaches.
- There are a lot of transit options including GO, TTC, and the UP (at Bloor).
